A White-rumped Sandpiper was feeding with a few Dunlins out at east beach where much of the inland beach area was still flooded from the recent rains. The white-rump is a lifer for me.
Another lifer for me is this Bronzed Cowbird seen near one of the feeding spots set up by the Featherfest organizers at Corp Woods. I am way past due catching sight of this bird.
There were scores of Indigo Buntings and Blue Grosbeaks at Corp Woods as well. I still could not get a decent close-up of either one. Overcast and windy, the conditions were not ideal for photography.
